A training course designed to inform and advise practices about the features and use of Problems within the patients record view, as it may now play a significant part within QOF reporting and other CfH services

  • To make the practice aware of recent changes in QMAS reporting regarding Problems
  • To discuss alternative Problem screen options
  • To discuss the use and management of Problems in Choose & Book
  • To introduce Populate Problems
  • To deliver a better understanding in creating semi automatic Problems

  • Problem short cuts and tips

Using Problem Populate

  • Linking medication to problems for QMAS
  • Creating relevant searches
  • Importance of the short name
  • Creating or adding to existing Problems
  • Disease Management
  • Managing Currently relevant

Problems in Reports

  • How to remove Currently Relevant
  • How to set up Active Problems only
