Vision for the Computer Manager

This course is aimed at the person responsible for day-to-day management of the clinical system.

Objective

This course will cover topics that the Computer Manager needs to understand and will enable them to be more confident in their day-to-day management of the system.

• Consultation Manager – configuration and customisation
• Prescribing
• Formularies – setting up and maintaining Drug and READ formularies
• Test Results
• Registration
• Items of Service (Wales)
• Appointments
• Speeding up data entry

Who should attend?

Computer Managers/staff members with overall responsibility for the system with a good working knowledge of Vision

Course Duration - 5 hours

A more limited session of 2.5 hours is also available

Covering most of the above topics but in less depth
